1 chicken for stock
2 cm piece ginger
1 small tin cream style sweet corn
� tsp. ajinomoto
1 tsp. sherry or brandy
1 tsp. cornflour for thickening
1 egg, well beaten
1 tbsp. garlic juice, few drops of lime juice to each cup.
For Serving :
soya sauce
chilli sauce
chopped green chillies, soaked in vinegar.
