Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients from onions to chicken masala and grind them to a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai put cloves and cardamom after 3 sec put the grinded paste.
  3. Cook till the raw smell is gone and oil floats on the top.
  4. Then put the chicken pieces and cook till it is done.
  5. Garnish with coriander.serve hot
Ingredients:
1 kg - chicken
2 - cloves
1 - cardamom
3 tbsp - oil
2 to 3 tbsp - curd
2 tsp - coriander leaves
2 - medium sized onions
1 - egg (optional)
3 - tomatoes
1 tsp - chilli powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - coriander powder
2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - chicken masala
salt to taste
