Chicken curry Kashmiri

  1. Clean and cut chicken into small pieces.
  2. Slice half the onions and grind the rest with the masala.
  3. Smear masala over chicken and set it aside.
  4. Heat fat, put in the whole garam masala and sliced onions and fry onions till light brown.
  5. Add chicken and masala and fry well.
  6. Add blanched and chopped tomatoes and a little water.
  7. Simmer till chicken is tender.
  8. Fry dry fruits and nuts and garnish.

5 gms. Ginger
5 gms. Garlic
2 gms. Turmeric
10 gms. Kashmiri chillies (remove seeds)
5 gms. Coriander
150 gms. Onions
5 gms. Whole garam masala
30 gms. oil
60 gms. Tomatoes
10 gms. Salt
15 gms. Cashewnuts
15 gms. raisins
