Chicken noodles

Method
  1. Wash and cook the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Once the chicken is tender and completely cooked, keep it aside.Heat oil in a deep fry pan.
  3. Add chopped garlic and dry red chillies.
  4. Add all chopped vegetables, black pepper, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt.Saute in low flame for 5 mins.
  5. In a separate pan, cook the noodles ( I used maggi noodles ) as per the instructions. ( without adding taste maker )
  6. When the noodles are cooked and soft, transfer them to the vegetables.
  7. Toss the noodles carefully, so that they don't stick .
  8. Add the cooked chicken pieces,chopped green chillies and vinegar.
  9. Cook for 10 mins in reduced flame and stir well. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
250 g boneless chicken
1 packet noodles
1 tbsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
5 or 6 flakes garlic
2 red chilly
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp green chilly sauce
1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 green chilly
2 tbsp vinegar
1 small bowl mixed vegetables ( carrot, cabbage, spring onion, capsicum )
