Method
- Make a stock using the bones of the chicken.
- Marinate the rest of the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken pieces in flour. Coat well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chicken pieces and saute on low fire till golden brown.
- When done, place in a baking dish.
- In the same pan, add chopped onions and saute.
- Next, add garlic, bay leaves, parsley and chicken stock. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Make a paste of almonds and add to the pan.
- Pour the chicken in the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and place in a medium hot oven for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with slices of boiled egg and serve.

1 chicken, cut into 16 pieces
2 onions, finely chopped
20 gms. parsley
2 bay leaves
100 gms almonds, peeled
1 egg
10 gms garlic, chopped
300 ml chicken stock
100 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
