Chicken with Macaroni Cheese
Method
- Boil the macaroni in salted water till done. Drain and keep the macaroni aside.
- Heat the milk and add the cheese, salt and pepper.
- Stir till the mixture is smooth, and then add the Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
- Stir in the capsicum and chicken and cook for 1 minute. Remove from the fire and add macaroni. Toss lightly.
- Turn into a baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (177oC) for 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
2 cups - macaroni
1 1/2 cups - milk
2 cups - grated cheese
1 tsp - mustard
1 tsp - worcestershire sauce
1 cup - chopped capsicum
1 cup - cooked chicken (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
