Chicken with sausage schezwan

Method
  1. Clean and cut the chicken into medium pieces.
  2. Marinate it with vinegar, garlic, aji no motto, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce and keep it for 30 mins. approximately.
  3. Take chicken sausage (cut from between) and fry in a frying pan slightly for about 1-2 mins.
  4. Sprinkle some black pepper on it.
  5. Take oil in a frying pan and heat oil for some time.
  6. Saute it with one clove of garlic, this will give a very nice smell.
  7. Add the marinated chicken into it and cook it for some time.
  8. See that the chicken should turn a little brownish red.
  9. Make sure that you add chinese cooking wine and vinegar so as to prevent dehydration of the chicken and burning of it.
  10. Remove the cooked chicken from the pan.
  11. Cook the vegetables - capsicum, tomato onions for some time till they soften.
  12. Add the already cooked chicken to it.
  13. Add the schezwan sauce to it.
  14. Lastly add the sausage which was already cooked.
  15. Cook the entire content for 1-2 mins/put the entire content in the microwave for 2 mins.
  16. Remove the entire content in a serving bowl and garnish with finely chopped celery leaves.
  17. This entire process will take no less than 1 hour starting from marinating the chicken.
  18. This has to be served with chowmein.

1 kg - chicken (selected parts like breast, leg piece)
4-5 tsp - soya sauce
4 tsp - Chinese cooking wine
2-4 tsp - tomato sauce
2-4 tsp - chilli sauce
1 pinch - Aji ni motto salt
2-4 tsp - vinegar
1 - capsicum, grated
20 gms. approx - chicken sausage
1 - tomato, grated
2 - onions, grated
2 tsp - garic paste, schezwan sauce
1/2 tsp - black pepper
Celery for garnishing
