Ingredients:
500 g - chicken breast, chopped into medium size pieces
1 1/4 cup - crushed wheat
1 cup - water
3 tbsp - oil
2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp - fresh mint, chopped
2 tsp - grated fresh ginger
1 clove - garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 1/2 tbsp - white vinegar
