For marinade:
Mix chicken, black pepper powder, vinegar and tomato sauce, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for about 30 mins.

  1. In a wok, heat oil, add chopped garlic and green chilli, chopped capsicum and curry leaves and let them splutter
  2. Add the marinade and cook until oil separates If required add water.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves
Ingredients:
500 g - chicken preferrably bonelessand cut into small cubes
1 to 2 tbsp - black pepper powder
1 to 2 tsp - black vinegar
1 to 2 tsp - tomato sauce
1 to 2 tsp - curry leaves
1 to 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp - garlic flakes

salt
1/2 or 1 - capsicum, finely chopped
1 - green chilli, finely chopped
