Method
  1. Wash the chicken in a bowl and add 1/2 cup minced onion, green chilies, salt and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  2. Take kadai and heat oil, add minced onion, ginger garlic paste, marinated chicken and stir this mixture well.
  3. Add pepper and stir, let it boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Add garam masala, sugar, tomato sauce and soya sauce and stir. Let it cook for 10 more minutes till it become tender and garnish with coriander.
  5. This can be had as a side dish.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - chicken
1 cup - minced onion
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp - green chilies
red chilly powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
2 tbsp - tomato sauce
1 tbsp - soya sauce
1/2 tsp - sugar
1/2 tsp - pepper powder
2 tbsp - oil
salt according to your taste
