Method
- In a Dutch oven or enameled cast-iron casserole, heat the oil.
- Add the onion and cook until it is brown around the edges for about 7 minutes.
- Add finely chopped red chillies and fry till the oil changes its color to red.
- Add chicken, close and cook till chicken is cooked, stir occasionally.
- Suites best with rice.
Note:
Add a tbsp of water if the chicken is not tender.
