Momo (Wontons)

  1. Make a soft dough out of the flour.
  2. Saute onion till it becomes soft ,add ginger and greenchillies to it and stir for few secs.
  3. Add the cleaned kheema to it and cook for 15-20 mins add salt and pepper.
  4. Make small ball out of the dough and roll out thin pooris with it
  5. Fill the kheema inside the pooris and cover it properly or make it ghatri shape.
  6. We can steam the momos in a greased steamer for 10-15 mins and deep fry it or we can directly fry it without steaming.
Note :
This is a chinese dish and kids love it.
chicken - 1 kg minced (kheema)
onion - 1 kg chopped
ginger - 100 gms chopped
greenchillies - 100 gms chopped
pepper - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1 kg
oil - for deep frying
salt to taste
