Method
- Make a soft dough out of the flour.
- Saute onion till it becomes soft ,add ginger and greenchillies to it and stir for few secs.
- Add the cleaned kheema to it and cook for 15-20 mins add salt and pepper.
- Make small ball out of the dough and roll out thin pooris with it
- Fill the kheema inside the pooris and cover it properly or make it ghatri shape.
- We can steam the momos in a greased steamer for 10-15 mins and deep fry it or we can directly fry it without steaming.
Note : This is a chinese dish and kids love it.
