Method
  1. Wash chicken peaces and marinate with salt, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion and fry light brown in color then add chicken peaces fry for 2 mins.
  3. Add palak to chicken and mix well and add tamarind pulp, then add a 1/2 cup water mix well and let it cook till done.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.

Note:
You cannot add tomato to this curry, because mixing palak and tomato is not that much good for health.

1 kg - chicken
4 cups - palak, chopped
2 - onion, chopped
1 tsp - garam masala
1 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - chilli powder
1 tsp - dhaniya powder
1 tsp - jeera powder
2 tsp - tamarind pulp
1/2 tsp - turmeric
