Banana Cheese Cake

Method
  1. Mix banana and lime juice together.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar till very smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Mix in the salt, vanilla and banana.
  4. Combine curds and cream and add to the banana mixture.
  5. Grease 8" loose bottom pan and line it with greased butter paper.
  6. Pour the mixture in it. Wrap the pan in aluminium foil.
  7. Place the pan in a hot water bath and bake at 170 degrees till set (about 45 minutes.)
  8. Crush the grapes lightly. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
  9. Cool the baked cheese cake in pan on a wire rack and chill in refrigerator over night.
  10. Remove from the mould and serve topped with stewed black grapes.
Ingredients:
2 cups - cream cheese
1 1/2 cup - fresh cream
1 cup - powdered sugar
1 cup - mashed banana
1 cup - seedless black grapes
1/2 cup - curds
1/2 cup - sugar
3 - eggs, large
3 tbsp - lime juice
1 1/2 tsp - vanilla
1/2 tsp - salt
