Method
  1. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix all the ingredients except bread and egg.
  2. Now the beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. Take one bread slice at a time, dip it in water and put the potato mixture in it and roll it well.
  4. Now dip this into the beaten eggs and deep fry.
  5. Those who are calorie careful, can shallow fry the roll.
  6. Eat it hot with tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
bread loafs - 4
boiled potatoes- 2 medium size
green chillies - 3
coriander leaves - a little
salt to taste
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
lime juice -of 1 lime or amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
egg - 2 (optional) if a vegetarian then can use maida
water - 1 bowl
