Bread vermicelli rolls

Method
  1. Mix shredded bread slices (trim the edges first) with some salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, 2 tsp warm water and lemon juice well.
  2. Roll them into desired shape.
  3. Dip this into a beaten egg mixture.
  4. Then roll them over vermicelli crumbs.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow-fry the bread-vermicelli rolls on both sides till golden brown.
  7. Serve this hot with tomato-ketchup.

Ingredients:
3 bread slices (shredded)
2 tbsb vermicelli crumbs (vermicelli crushed)
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp jeera/cumin powder
1 egg (beaten well with little salt)
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp warm water
2 tbsp refined oil
