Method
- Mix Rice flour, cabbage and all ingredients in medium bowl with water.
- Make thin batter like dosa.
- Take dosa pan or non-stick pan.
- Pour 1 large spoon of batter on pan and spread it like dosa but not too thin.
- Keep lid on pan.
- Turn ghavan to other side.
- Do not close lid for this side.
- Serve ghavan with chilli sauce or coconut chutney.
Note:
For pure vegetarian, you can make it without egg also.
