Method
  1. Mix Rice flour, cabbage and all ingredients in medium bowl with water.
  2. Make thin batter like dosa.
  3. Take dosa pan or non-stick pan.
  4. Pour 1 large spoon of batter on pan and spread it like dosa but not too thin.
  5. Keep lid on pan.
  6. Turn ghavan to other side.
  7. Do not close lid for this side.
  8. Serve ghavan with chilli sauce or coconut chutney.

Note:
For pure vegetarian, you can make it without egg also.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups - rice flour
1/4 - cabbage (grated)
1 - egg (whisked)
1/2 cup - coriander leaves
1/4 cup - pudina
1/2 cup - mozzarella cheese (grated)
2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - cumin seed
1 pinch - hing
1 tbsp - black masala
salt to taste
