Cheese and Peanut Cutlets

Method
  1. Heat the oil, saute the onions, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.
  2. Add powdered peanuts. Cook for 2 mins, then take off the fire.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
  4. Add the onion and peanut mixture and blend well.
  5. Pour in enough milk to bind the mixture. Knead well and form into cutlet shapes.
  6. Heat the ghee, roll the cutlets in breadcrumbs and egg whites and fry till golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fried onion rings and fried peanuts before serving.

100 g - cheese, grated
200 g - breadcrumbs
100 g - peanuts (roasted & powdered)
1 1/2 tsp - powdered cinnamon
1 tsp - pepper
1/2 cup - chopped spring onions
1" piece - ginger (chopped)
curry leaves
2 tbsp - oil
3 - green chillies
breadcrumbs
beaten egg white for coating
milk and ghee
