Cheese and Potato Croquettes
Method
- Boil, peel and mash the potatoes while still hot.
- Mix with the cheese, egg yolks, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Form into croquettes and roll in flour.
- Then roll in the beaten egg, mixed with � cup water and dip in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot ghee till golden brown.

4 to 5 - potatoes
breadcrumbs
1 - egg (beaten)
� cup - grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
� tsp - baking powder
flour
ghee
