Method
- Boil the noodles according to the direction on the box. Drain.
- Bring the stock to a boil, and add cabbage and boil for 5 mins. Add noodles.
- Remove from fire and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve hot.
Ingredients:
1 handful - fine egg noodles
5 cups - chicken stock
2 tbsps - shredded cabbage
1 cup - boiled and shredded chicken
a pinch - ajinomotto
salt and pepper to taste
