Chocolate Walnut Souffle

Method
  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water. Beat the egg yolks and mix in the coffee and sugar, beat till well-blended.
  2. Whisk over hot water until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  3. Cool lightly and mix till stiff and fold in.
  4. Put in the mixture in a shallow dish and chill.
  5. Decorate with remaining walnuts.
Ingredients:
1 cup - strong black coffee
100 g - castor sugar
100 g - chopped walnuts
15 g - gelatin
1/4 l - milk
3 - eggs, separated
