Method
- Beat eggs until thick and pale in colour.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until well blended.
- Stir in oil, chocolate and vanilla essence.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture blending well.
- Stir in nuts and spread in butter 13x9x2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 deg. (180 deg.C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cool in pan on cake rack.
- Cut into 2 inch squares.
- Makes 24 squares
- Serve with ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
