Corn and Spinach Soup

Method
  1. Heat oil, fry garlic till brown and fragrant.
  2. Add spinach and stir fry lightly.
  3. Mix corn flour with stock and add to the spinach.
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Add sweet corn, salt, pepper and MSG.
  6. When the soup begins to boil, lower the heat to keep the soup gently simmering.
  7. Beat the eggs lightly and add to the soup through a strainer, so that it sets in thin strings.
  8. Switch off the flame immediately and serve the soup hot.
Ingredients:
eggs - 2
oil - 2 tbsp
garlic - 2 tsp, minced
spinach - 2 cup, shredded finely
corn flour - 1 tbsp
chicken or vegetable stock - 4 cup
msg - � tsp
pepper to taste
salt to taste
