Corn choco pudding

Method
  1. Boil the shelled corn kernels till very soft and keep aside.
  2. Combine half of the castor sugar with butter and mix to a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the choco chips and nutmeg and set into a mould.
  4. Separately mix the cream, eggs, vanilla essence and castor sugar.
  5. Whip till the sugar dissolves.
  6. Pour on to the crumb mixture in the mould.
  7. Bake in a bain marie for 20 mins.
  8. Serve with a combination of wine sobayon sauce.
Ingredients:
50 gms. shelled corn kernels
3 eggs
25 gm. refined flour
80 gms. castor sugar
25 gms. choco chips
A pinch of nutmeg
100 ml. cream
50 gms. butter
50 gms. cake crumbs
2-3 drops vanilla essence
