Method
  1. Cut cauliflower and keep in the microwave for 5 minutes or if you don�t have microwave you can keep it in a bowl and keep this bowl in a cooker and give one whistle.
  2. Make a paste of corn flour, maida, red chili, pepper, egg, salt ,sugar, tomato soya sauce and keep aside.
  3. Now deep fry cauliflower one by one. Add this in the paste and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Take 2 tsp of oil in a kadai, add onions and fry them, then add spring onions and saute for a while.
  5. Add corn flour, tomato sauce, soya sauce and fry till oil starts leaving from sides. Now add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Crispy cauliflower is ready. You can eat with roti or rice.
Ingredients:
1 - cauliflower
little black pepper
little red chilli powder
corn flour & maida in 2:1 proportion
ginger garlic paste
1 - onion
1 bunch - spring onion
tomato sauce
little soya sauce
egg(optional)
little sugar
salt
