Method
- Cut cauliflower and keep in the microwave for 5 minutes or if you don�t have microwave you can keep it in a bowl and keep this bowl in a cooker and give one whistle.
- Make a paste of corn flour, maida, red chili, pepper, egg, salt ,sugar, tomato soya sauce and keep aside.
- Now deep fry cauliflower one by one. Add this in the paste and keep aside for half an hour.
- Take 2 tsp of oil in a kadai, add onions and fry them, then add spring onions and saute for a while.
- Add corn flour, tomato sauce, soya sauce and fry till oil starts leaving from sides. Now add cauliflower and cook for 3 minutes.
- Crispy cauliflower is ready. You can eat with roti or rice.

little black pepper
little red chilli powder
corn flour & maida in 2:1 proportion
ginger garlic paste
1 - onion
1 bunch - spring onion
tomato sauce
little soya sauce
egg(optional)
little sugar
salt
