200 gms - egg noodles
1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
1/2 tsp - ginger powder
2 - green onions (greens & whites - diagonally sliced)
1 - small size onion (peeled & sliced to get thin rings)
2 to 3 - lemon slices (thin rings)
salt to taste
