Method
  1. Chop onions into medium sized pieces and cut green chilies vertically.
  2. Boil the eggs and remove the shells.
  3. Make small slits on the eggs without making it into pieces.
  4. Heat the pan with adding oil,add green chilies and funnel seeds.
  5. Add onions and fry until it becomes golden brown. (Adding salt now will fry the onion quickly).
  6. Add choppedcoriander leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
  7. To this add turmeric, salt and yogurt.
  8. Mix well and add boiled eggs to this.
  9. Cook until it becomes thick gravy.
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  11. Serve with Chappathi.
Ingredients:
eggs - 5
onion - 2, medium
green chilly - 3, medium
yogurt - 1/2 cup (curd)
garam masala - 1/2 tsp (curry powder)
fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
coriander leaves chopped
oil for frying
salt to taste
