Egg Greenpeas Masala

Method
  1. Chop finely all vegetables.
  2. Cook the fresh peas for 5 to 7 mins adding salt.
  3. Beat egg fluffy.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  5. Add tomatoes, peas and green chillies saute for few secs.
  6. Add all powders and salt fry for few mins.
  7. Add egg and scramble nicely.
  8. Serve hot with chappathi or rice.
Ingredients:
egg - 3 nos
onion - 1 large
tomato - 1 med
greenchilli - 4 nos
green peas - 1 cup
chilly pdr - 1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr - 1/4 tsp
turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
oil - 3 tbspns
salt to taste
