Method
- Chop finely all vegetables.
- Cook the fresh peas for 5 to 7 mins adding salt.
- Beat egg fluffy.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, peas and green chillies saute for few secs.
- Add all powders and salt fry for few mins.
- Add egg and scramble nicely.
- Serve hot with chappathi or rice.

onion - 1 large
tomato - 1 med
greenchilli - 4 nos
green peas - 1 cup
chilly pdr - 1/2 tsp
garam masala pdr - 1/4 tsp
turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
oil - 3 tbspns
salt to taste
