Egg Paneer Noodles

Method
  1. Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  2. Add garam masala powder,daniya.turmerc,chillipowder,salt and fry well.
  3. Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent.
  4. Add cut tomatoes and allow this to boil.
  5. Later add garted panner at last stage,fry 2 min to this add 2 eggs (just scramble wth pepper and salt).
  6. Now Egg paneer mix ix ready.
  7. Now prepare noodles with necesarry water and masala(in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock).
  8. Add the egg paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles.
  9. Garnish with coriander leavres.

paneer - 50g, grated
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
onion - 1 big
tomatoes - 2 big
noodles - 2 squares (maggie or optional)
coriander powder
pepper powder
garam masala powder
turmeric
chilli powder
salt
