Method
- Heat oil in a pan,add ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Add garam masala powder,daniya.turmerc,chillipowder,salt and fry well.
- Add onions and fry till it becomes translucent.
- Add cut tomatoes and allow this to boil.
- Later add garted panner at last stage,fry 2 min to this add 2 eggs (just scramble wth pepper and salt).
- Now Egg paneer mix ix ready.
- Now prepare noodles with necesarry water and masala(in the noodles pack or veg/chicken stock).
- Add the egg paneer mix and mix for 3 mins and allow it to blend with boiled noodles.
- Garnish with coriander leavres.
