Egg and Tomato Chutney

Method
  1. Chop the tomatoes, onions, and green chilies finely. Crush the garlic pods.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion until light golden brown. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies to it.
  3. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  4. Cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame stirring occasionally until the tomatoes become soft.
  5. Add the crushed garlic. Scramble the eggs and mix the egg tomato mixture properly.
  6. Keep on frying for sometime until the mixture become dry and aroma comes.
  7. Serve with roti or rice.
Ingredients:
4-5 tomatoes
2 eggs
2-onion
4-pods of garlic
2-green chilies
1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
Pinch of turmeric powder
Mustard oil for frying
Salt to taste
