Egg fingers

  1. Beat the eggs well, then add the milk, onion and chilli. Blend well and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil. Dip each bread finger into the egg mixture and fry in the hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Drain well and serve immediately.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
Slices of bread cut into 5 cm (2 inch) fingers
1 green chilli, finely sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 tbsp. milk
1 onion, finely sliced
Salt to taste
