Method
A pan heat the oil and fry the boiled eggs a little. Peel the skin of the potato and then peel.
It using a peeler into thin and long piece and soak them in water.
Remove the eggs and fry the onions for 3 minutes and then cover it and cook till the onions become soft.
Put the green chillies and fry for a minute.
When the onions become soft put the peeled potato along with water, salt and chilly powder and close the lid.
Stir occationally and cook till the potatoes become soft.
Then put the tamato puree , eggs and cook without lid till the gravy becomes thick.
Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or rice

1 large potato
1/2 cup tomato puree
4 green chillies split
2 medium sized onions cut longitudinally
2 table spoons oil
1/2 tea spoon chilli powder
salt to taste
coriander
1/4 cup water
