Method
- A pan heat the oil and fry the boiled eggs a little. Peel the skin of the potato and then peel.
- It using a peeler into thin and long piece and soak them in water.
- Remove the eggs and fry the onions for 3 minutes and then cover it and cook till the onions become soft.
- Put the green chillies and fry for a minute.
- When the onions become soft put the peeled potato along with water, salt and chilly powder and close the lid.
- Stir occationally and cook till the potatoes become soft.
- Then put the tamato puree , eggs and cook without lid till the gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or rice

4 eggs (hardboiled and shelled)
1 large potato
1/2 cup tomato puree
4 green chillies split
2 medium sized onions cut longitudinally
2 table spoons oil
1/2 tea spoon chilli powder
salt to taste
