Ginger Cake

Method
  1. Mash banana well. Finely chop ginger.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add lightly beaten egg and mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Now add sifted flour returning husks to the mixture, walnuts and ginger.
  5. Combine and pour out into a greased cake tin and bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Ingredients:
2 cups - wholemeal self-raising flour
1 cup - ripe banana
1/2 cup - brown sugar
100 g - ginger
100 g - walnuts
50 g - poly saturated margarine
1 - egg
