Leafy Vegetable Roti with Omlette

Method
For Roti:
  1. In a bowl, put atta in that add spring onions, menthi, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, oil, salt.
  2. Add sufficient water to make soft dough as for roti and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Then take dough into small round shapes and make roti.
  4. Heat on tawa and also apply ghee on both sides as for roti.
  5. Keep it aside.

For Omlette:

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt ,coriander powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and pour the mix.
  3. Cook both sides until it is golden brown in colour.
  4. Serve it with rotis.
Ingredients:
3 cups - atta
1/4 cup- ghee
1 cup - finely cut spring onions
3/4 cup - finely cut menthi
3/4 cup - finely cut coriander leaves
3 tbsp - finely cut green chillies
1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp - oil
salt to taste

For Omlette:
2 - eggs
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
1/2 tbsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
