Method
  1. In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits, 7 gms of sugar(optional)& butter.
  2. Layer(press it tightly) it on a cake dish.
  3. Refrigerate it for an hour.
  4. Beat curd & icing sugar in another bowl.
  5. In a double boiler, the egg yolks are to beaten with 50 gms of sugar.
  6. Beat fresh cream in another bowl.
  7. Mix all these.
  8. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup of water.mix with the above mixture.
  9. Pour this mixture above the biscuits layered in the cake dish in the refrigerator.
  10. Allow to set for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
curd - 1 cup
fresh cream - 1 cup (beaten)
butter - 50 gms
biscuits - 10 to 15
egg yolk - 4
sugar - 50 gms
mango pulp - 1/2 cup
icing sugar - 75 gms
gelatine - 10 gms
