Method
  1. Soak mushrooms in hot water for an hour. Drain and chop finely.
  2. Cook the potato and mash the same. Pour oil and fry for a minutes on high.
  3. Make a paste of the ginger and garlic.
  4. chop the green chillies and onion finely.
  5. Mix the fried mushrooms , mashed potatoes, and the ginger garlic paste along with salt to taste.
  6. Make balls and flatten a little.
  7. Dip in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  8. Cook in oil on high till golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with sauce.
Ingredients:
Mushroom - 500gms
Garlic - 6 flakes
Onion - 2 medium
Potato - 3
Turmeric - a pinch
Ginger - 1 piece
Salt to taste
Green chilies - 3
Egg - 1
Bread crumbs
