Method
- Mix all the ingredients except egg and oil in a bowl to a smooth paste using enough water.
- Heat oil in a kadai and dip each slice of egg in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.

Ingredients:
5 - eggs (boiled and sliced)
1 cup - besan
1/2 cup - maida
1 - onion (chopped finely)
2 - green chillies (chopped)
2 sprig - curry leaves (chopped)
Coriander leaves, a few (chopped)
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1 tbsp - red chilly powder
Oil to fry
Salt to taste
