Separate egg yolk and egg white
Beat white till stiff
in a flat sauce pan, bring to boil 3/4 cup milk and keep simmering
Drop 1 tbsp egg white at a time in simmering milk
Slowly spoon little milk on the top of float and cook for a minute
Remove and keep aside
Repeat this for remaining egg white
Boil the 1/2 cup milk with the remaining of boiled milk, while adding 1 tbsp sugar
Remove from fire when sugar melts, cool slightly
Lightly beat the egg yolk
Keep the milk vessel over the hot water pan, and add egg yolk
Beat with egg beater till thick
Pour the mixture in a serving bowl
Chill it
In a bowl, mix together orange juice, orange rind, cheese powder and 1/2 tbsp sugar
Pour the orange juice mixture over chilled milk-egg mixture
Sprinkle some nutmeg
Garnish with mint leaves
Chill before serving
