Method
  1. Pre-heat oven at 180oC.
  2. Butter the parchment, line a rectangle-shaped baking tray (20cm x 10cm).
  3. Whisk buttermilk and eggs together.
  4. Place all other ingredients (except the chocolate) in an electric mixer bowl.
  5. Blend for 45 seconds on low speed.
  6. Add melted chocolate and mix for 3 minutes.
  7. Place in the baking tray and cook for 40 minutes until the pairing knife insert comes out clean.
Ingredients:
250 gm - all purpose flour
290 gm - granulated sugar
170 gm - dark brown sugar
110 gm - cocoa powder
2 � tsp - baking soda
1 � tsp - salt
550 gm - buttermilk
230 gm - butter (room temperature)
2 - eggs
1 � tsp - vanilla
1 - ground orange zest
2 tsp - ground cinnamon
� tsp - ground clove
1 tbps - ground ginger
170 gm - melted chocolate
