Paper Fried Chicken with Cheese

Method
  1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add onions and the garlic paste and sauté for 3-4 min.
  3. Add thyme, parsley, baby corn and olives.
  4. Saute for a few more mins.
  5. Add this mixture to the chicken mince.
  6. Add grated cheese and two of the beaten eggs (keep the other 2 eggs for later use)
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix well. Keep aside.
  9. Cut butter paper into notebook sizes. Cut 5 such pieces.
  10. Brush the inside of each paper with the reserved egg.
  11. Divide the chicken mixture into a butter paper sheet.
  12. Roll each portion into a cylindrical shape. Twist and secure the ends.
  13. Heat oil in a wok. Deep fry the rolls till done.
  14. Remove from oil and drain out excess oil on an absorbent kitchen towel.
  15. Remove the butter paper, cut the rolls into slices.
  16. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Ingredients:
450 g - chicken, finely minced
1/2 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup - baby corn, chopped
1/4 cup - black olives, coarsely chopped
4 - eggs, beaten
1 - onion, finely chopped
1 tsp - butter
1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tbsp - thyme
1 tbsp - parsley
salt and pepper to taste
