Jam sauce :
4 tbsp. red jam,
4 tbsp. sugar,
� cup water,
few drops lemon juice and red colouring.
Peaches and cream :
1 large tin of pinch halves,
� cup cream,
whipped � cup
walnuts,
warmed and crushed.
