Method
Cook the pears in 1tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Cook for 7-9 minutes.
Remove from fire.
Cool and combine the cooked pears with milk, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, sugar and cinnamon powder.
Grease a fireproof glass bowl and pour combined mixture into bowl.
Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
Place the bowl in a pan of hot water and steam for 30-40 minutes.
Decorate with pineapple slices.
Serve hot or chilled.
