Method
- Peel, wash and shred the potatoes
- Beat rest of the ingredients except potatoes
- Whip all the ingredients
- Pour in a baking dish
- Bake at 350o till the crust is golden brown
- Serve hot

Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/8 tsp dried basil
