Method
- Heat oil, add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger and then the onion and saute for a few mins.
- Add all the powders and mix well.
- Finally, add the quartered boiled eggs and combine.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

4 - boiled eggs (peeled and quartered)
1 - onion, sliced
2 - green chillies, slit
1 tsp - ginger. minced
Turmeric powder, a pinch
Cumin powder, a pinch
Methi pwd - a pinch
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
1/4 tsp - garam masala powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - oil
Curry leaves, enough
