Method
- Make jaggery syrup with 1/4 water (no one thread or 2 thread, just make the jaggery dissolve with water over the fire).
- Allow to cool.
- Deseed the dates and soak the dates in jaggery syrup overnight or for 6 hours.
- Beat eggs,oil, banana and jaggery with dates.
- Sieve Ragi with baking powder and baking soda
- Dust the nuts with little flour.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree.
- Bake the cake at 180 for 30 to 40 mins (if you think cake is very dry, soak with orange juice).

baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
