Method
  1. Make jaggery syrup with 1/4 water (no one thread or 2 thread, just make the jaggery dissolve with water over the fire).
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Deseed the dates and soak the dates in jaggery syrup overnight or for 6 hours.
  4. Beat eggs,oil, banana and jaggery with dates.
  5. Sieve Ragi with baking powder and baking soda
  6. Dust the nuts with little flour.
  7. Mix dry and wet ingredients.
  8. Preheat the oven at 180 degree.
  9. Bake the cake at 180 for 30 to 40 mins (if you think cake is very dry, soak with orange juice).

ragi flour - 1 cup
jaggery - 3/4 cup
egg - 2
oil - 5 tbsp
cashewnut cut into smallpieces - 1/4 cup
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
ripe banana - 2
