Method
  1. Beat egg white lightly with a wooden spoon. Sift icing sugar.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of icing sugar at a time to the egg, beating well after each addition.
  3. Once all the icing sugar has been added, beat until the icing forms into peaks.
  4. Fill in paper piping bags and decorate the cake.
