Method
- Beat egg white lightly with a wooden spoon. Sift icing sugar.
- Add 1 tbsp. of icing sugar at a time to the egg, beating well after each addition.
- Once all the icing sugar has been added, beat until the icing forms into peaks.
- Fill in paper piping bags and decorate the cake.
