Spinach and mushroom quiche

Method
  1. Saute the onions in butter.
  2. Add mushrooms, shredded spinach and green chillies.
  3. Saute till the water dries.
  4. Put the mixture into a flan.
  5. Grate cheese into it.
  6. Beat the eggs and add the cream to eggs.
  7. Pour this over the mixture.
  8. Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins. or until its golden brown.

2 tbsp butter
1 large onion, chopped
150 gms. mushrooms, chopped
200 gms. spinach, shredded
125 gms. cheese cubes
250 gms. thin cream
2 eggs
2-3 green chillies, chopped
