Tofu Egg Rolls

Method
  1. In a sauce pan put 3 tbsp oil. fry grated carrot,cabbage for about 3 min .
  2. Then put the ginger garlic paste,salt,redchillie powder, fry for another min or until the raw smell of ginger is gone.
  3. Then mix the corn startch in soysauce and pour in the mix stir for about a min.
  4. Put the scrambled tofu,scrambled egg and garam masala stir for another 2 min and remove from the fire.
  5. Take the pastry sheets put the mix in the middle fold and deep fry in the oil.
  6. serve with any hot sauce.u can try the recipe without egg also. its really good.
Ingredients:
tofu - 1 packet (fried & scrambled)
eggs - 3 no(scrambled)
carrots - 1big grated
cabbage - 1/2 cup grated
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
oil - to fry
soy sauce - 1/4 cup
corn startch - 1 tbsp
salt - to taste
red chillie powder -1/2 tsp (depending upon spicyness)
garam masala - a pinch.
spring roll pastry sheets - 1 packet (we will get them in indian stores).
