In a dish, whisk the eggs well. Add the rest of the ingredients except the nuts and stir well.
Steam in a steamer (alternatively, it can be baked at 375oF in a tray with water to create a steam effect) till set.
Let cool, sprinkle with the nuts and if preferred some toasted coconut and serve.
6 Extra Large Eggs
2 cans Non-Fat or Reg. Evaporated Milk
1 cup grated Jaggery
Grated Nutmeg and powdered Cardamom and Cloves to taste (together about 1 tsp)
chopped, toasted Cashews and Almonds for garnish
