Method
  1. Pour the egg yolks, sugar, flour and melted into the processor bowl and mix at MIN speed using the plastic kneading blade.
  2. Pour in the milk through the feeder tube and gradually increase speed to 12.
  3. Leave mixture to stand for 15 mins.
  4. Wash the bowl and replace the kneading blade with the whisk, add the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat until stiff on MAX speed.
  5. Fold into the mixture.
  6. Pour out a little mixture into a hot waffle and start cooking waffles, continuously until all the mixture has been used.
  7. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
  8. Serve the waffles with whipped cream, fruit or chocolate sauce.

60 gms. sugar
125 gms. flour
75 gms. melted butter
200 ml. of milk
Icing sugar for decoration
